Members of the Jama’atu Ahlus Sunnati Lidda’awati Wal Jihad, otherwise known as Boko Haram have released a head-shaking video of how they captured and beheaded a Nigerian Air Force officer in Borno State.
The 6 minutes, 46 seconds clip shows the military personnel , who gave his name as Abubakar Umar being scolded by the heavily armed men on why he decided to betray his people for ‘the State.’
Umar, before he was killed said he was a member of Section 9 of the Nigerian army who are currently in Borno to kill Boko Haram members.
When asked of his monthly pay, Umar said he earns N40, 000. (Forty thousand Nigerian naira )
“So you were sent to kill Boko Haram? And you are serving the state instead of Allah? We are members of Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati Wal-Jihad and Allah has given us an infidel today”, one of the Islamist sect’s leaders said in the viHe said he’s a Jama’atu Izalal, but the insurgents, who
spoke Hausa mixed with Kanuri, dismissed his plea.
Their leader said: “No amount of prayers will save you, we will judge you according to the Quran”.
They joyfully chanted Allahuakubar (meaning God is great) and cut off his head.
